With a background in operations management, freight brokerage, truckload transportation, and supply chain solutions, Steve has built a career helping customers solve complex transportation challenges through responsive service, clear communication, and strategic planning. A graduate of DePaul University with a degree in Economics, he is passionate about developing strong partnerships, mentoring others, and making a positive impact both within the logistics industry and the communities he serves.

    A mentor, martial artist, and proud father of three, Steve brings the same discipline, commitment, and people-first mindset to both his professional and personal life. Through his work in logistics and transportation, he continues to help organizations solve complex supply chain challenges while fostering meaningful industry relationships.

    Outside of work, he coaches his kids’ sports teams, plays golf, collects LEGO, cheers for the White Sox and Bears, and holds a black belt in Shotokan karate.
